5. Pet Information and User Content

6. Pet Health Information
Pets Health Card is a tool for organizing and managing pet health and care information. It is not a veterinary practice and does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
Information provided through the Services should not be considered professional veterinary advice.
You should consult a qualified veterinarian for diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, emergencies, or other professional veterinary care.
6.1 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into your pet's profile and health records is accurate and up to date.
Pets Health Card does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information entered by users.
6.2 Emergencies
Pets Health Card should not be relied upon as a replacement for emergency veterinary services.
If your pet is experiencing an emergency or serious health issue, contact a qualified veterinarian or emergency veterinary service immediately.
7. Reminders and Notifications
Pets Health Card may provide reminders, notifications, or alerts relating to vaccinations, medications, appointments, or other pet care activities.
These reminders are provided as a convenience and may not always be delivered on time or successfully.
You remain responsible for monitoring your pet's health, medications, vaccinations, appointments, and other care needs.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, interfaces, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Pets Health Card and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.1 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Pets Health Card grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We strive to keep Pets Health Card available and functioning properly; however, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
